The Network Instruments European Office located near Sevenoaks in Kent is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator. This new position has been created to assist with channel marketing projects, coordinate marketing campaign activity, promote press releases, and work closely with UK and European sales managers and channel partners. This person will report to the company’s Marketing Communications Director and will
work closely with the company’s corporate office to effectively execute European marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interface with channel partners on the development and execution of joint marketing activity
• Improve e-mail marketing success
• Support French sales territory with French-language marketing support and translation
• Track and report on all campaign activity
• Improve the outcome of marketing campaigns
• Interface with key journalists to promote company’s press announcements
• Locate and plan presence at European trade shows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Marketing communications experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Native French language skills
• E-mail marketing experience
• Ability to write copy for Web and print mediums
• Ability to prioritize projects
• Able to work amongst diverse groups
• A self-starter who can meet deadlines
• Comfortable promoting Information Technology and Networking topics
• Fluent with Microsoft Office programs

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B-to-B marketing communications experience in a related field (technology, networking, computer engineering)
• Channel marketing background
• Experience working with the press and analyst community
• Experience with Google Adwords
• Knowledge of CRM programs (SalesForce preferred)
• Trade show planning experience
